Do your products meet current safety regulations?

Absolutely. All our patient handling products are CE-marked and comply with EU safety standards, including the Manual Handling Operations Regulations. 

Are bariatric patient handling solutions available?

Yes. Meditec supplies a range of bariatric handling equipment with higher safe working loads, specially designed to ensure safe transfer of larger patients with dignity and comfort. 

How often should patient handling equipment be serviced or inspected?

We recommend that all lifting equipment be serviced at least every 6 months in line with LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) requirements. Meditec can arrange servicing schedules and maintenance, where required, at additional cost.  We offer full after-sales support including maintenance, parts, and technical assistance.
