Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Service

We use trusted third party courier services for all our deliveries to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Please note that all products are delivered unassembled unless you choose our Installed Delivery Service (details below).

Delivery Locations and Schedule

    • We deliver to any address of your choice within Ireland.
    • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
    • If delivery is required outside of Ireland, please contact us on +353-1-4624045.

Shipping Costs

    • Orders under €100: Delivery charge of up to €12.60.
    • Orders over €100: Free delivery when shipped by courier.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on product availability:

If a product appears as “in stock” on our website but is unexpectedly unavailable, we will offer a full, hassle-free refund immediately.

 

Installed Delivery (Optional)

For large or complex products, such as beds we offer an Installed Delivery Service. This includes:

    • Delivery to your room of choice
    • Full assembly and installation
    • A demonstration of how to use the product

The charge for this service is €130 or €220 (for beds greater than 4ft in width). Note that you can select delivery of beds with or without installation, however, it is recommended for products that require setup.

If you require installation for any of our products where this option is not listed, please contact us directly on 01 4624045 and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Order Delays & Customer Support

    • We strive to deliver your order within 3 working days, where possible. However, delivery times may vary based on stock levels and external factors such as weather or courier delays.
    • If there are any unexpected delays, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly to provide an update.
    • If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please get in touch with us by phone or email (contact details are available on our homepage).

 

Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to email us photographs of the damage to help us assess the issue quickly. We kindly ask that you return the item within a reasonable timeframe so that we can arrange a prompt replacement for you.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
    • Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging
    • Items must be in new, unused, and re-saleable condition

Please note, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, delivery and return costs are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or has arrived damaged.

 

Hygiene Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Incontinence products
    • Consumable items
    • Toileting products

Undelivered or Missing Items

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the dispatch date, please contact our Customer Service team. We will investigate the issue, and if your order cannot be located, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
