The Fortissimo is a heavy-duty profiling bed for people who need more width and more support than a standard hospital bed gives. It carries a patient weight of up to 270kg (42st), comes in three widths — 120cm, 140cm and 160cm — and raises from 33cm to 81cm so the person can get in and out more easily and carers can work at a safe height.
Bariatric folding side rails and a key-lockable handset are part of the bed. Supplied with a 3-year warranty, and installation can be added at checkout.
The Fortissimo Bariatric Medical Bed is suitable for use in the community and nursing homes.
