The Medigel is a high-density, gel-infused foam mattress for very high risk patients up to 139kg. Its iKool gel core moulds to the body and doubles the surface contact area, spreading pressure more evenly than a standard foam mattress like the Mediform, which suits heavier users up to 190kg but without the gel cooling layer.

This high-density, iKool gel-infused visco elastic mattress is temperature-sensitive and enhances pressure care management. It has the ability to channel heat and helps to regulate body temperature,  improving the microclimate.
