Rather than relying on the person’s clothing or arm for support, the belt gives the carer ten padded handles, six vertical and four horizontal. So they can find a secure, comfortable grip when assisting with movement.
Padded crotch straps provide additional support and comfort, while the non-slip inner fabric helps keep the belt securely in place during use. It can be used to assist with standing, walking and everyday transfers, as well as mobility exercises and rehabilitation.
