The Medigel, high-density, iKool gel-infused visco elastic mattress, moulds to the exact contours of the body, actively re-distributing the patient’s weight, doubling the surface contact area and therefore reducing the amount of pressure your patient is exposed to.

The heel is a common site for deep tissue pressure ulcers, as such, the Medigel mattress has been designed and manufactured with a specific gel heel section, which has been proven to reduce pressure intensity.
