General
Meditec Medical Ltd collects personal information solely for the purpose of processing customer orders. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never share your information with third parties.
By registering an account on our website, you agree to take full responsibility for any actions taken under your username and password. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately using the facility provided on the website.
Your contract for the purchase of products and/or services via www.meditecmedical.com is with Meditec Medical Ltd. You confirm that all information you provide when placing an order is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
Should any of your personal details change after placing an order, it is your responsibility to notify Meditec Medical Ltd without delay.
We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to immediately suspend or block access to the website if any of these terms are violated.
Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed securely online or by contacting our sales team over the phone. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment card used is your own and that sufficient funds are available.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, with Stripe facilitating transactions. Please note that we do not store your card information.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment in full (including applicable delivery charges) has been received. If you experience any issues during the ordering process, please contact us at: sales@meditecmedical.com.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct before submission. Meditec Medical Ltd cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.
All prices listed on our website are correct at the time of publication and are inclusive of VAT. Meditec Medical Ltd reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Submitting an order form or completing the checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase but does not guarantee acceptance. A binding contract will only exist once Meditec Medical Ltd dispatches the goods or services you ordered.
Delivery
We use trusted third party courier services for all our deliveries to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Please note that all products are delivered unassembled unless you choose our Installed Delivery Service (details below).
Delivery Locations & Schedule

- We deliver to any address of your choice within Ireland.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

Shipping Costs

- Orders under €100: Delivery charge of €12.60.
- Orders over €100: Free delivery when shipped by courier.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on product availability:

Available to Order 7–14 working days
Specialised Items 4–6 weeks
If a product appears as “in stock” on our website but is unexpectedly unavailable, we will offer a full, hassle-free refund immediately.
Installed Delivery (Optional)
For large or complex products, such as beds we offer an Installed Delivery Service. This includes:

- Delivery to your room of choice
- Full assembly and installation
- A demonstration of how to use the product
The charge for this service is €130 or €220 (for beds greater than 4ft in width). Note that you can select delivery of beds with or without installation, however, it is recommended for products that require setup.
If you require installation for any of our products where this option is not listed, please contact us directly on 01 4624045 and we’ll be happy to assist.
Order Delays & Customer Support

- We strive to deliver your order within 3 working days, where possible. However, delivery times may vary based on stock levels and external factors such as weather or courier delays.
- If there are any unexpected delays, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly to provide an update.
- If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please get in touch with us by phone or email (contact details are available on our homepage).
Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to email us photographs of the damage to help us assess the issue quickly. We kindly ask that you return the item within a reasonable timeframe so that we can arrange a prompt replacement for you.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging
- Items must be in new, unused, and re-saleable condition
Please note, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, delivery and return costs are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or has arrived damaged.
Hygiene Restrictions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

- Incontinence products
- Consumable items
- Toileting products
We appreciate your understanding on this policy.
At Meditec Medical Ltd we operate a Return to Base service. If a product develops a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, then it must be returned to Meditec Medical Ltd where it will be repaired free of charge or replaced. Your product will be returned to you when the repair is complete or in cases where the product is deemed unrepairable, we will replace it.
